Most places have me in on a set schedule and add the rest when they need it. You only pay for what's on the quote.
Deep cleans
Kitchens, washrooms and the parts a regular visit doesn't reach. Some places book this every few months, others just when it needs doing.
Carpets, floors and windows
Carpet cleaning, hard floor scrubbing and polishing, and windows inside and out. Worth doing on a tired space before you spend money replacing anything.
End of tenancy and after building work
Getting a unit ready to hand back or hand over. Builders' dust, adhesive residue and paint marks all come off.

01 — Site visit
I come and have a look
Ring me and I'll come out, usually within a couple of days, to see the place and work out what's actually needed.
02 — Quote
You get a price in writing
Broken down by job and how often, so you can see what each part costs and take off anything you don't want.
03 — Access
We sort the details
Days, times, keys, alarm codes and any site induction, all agreed before I start.
04 — Cleaning
I get going
No minimum contract. If something isn't right, tell me and I'll put it right on the next visit.

Bright Cleaning is my business. I quote every job myself and I'm the one who turns up, so there's nobody to pass you along to and no account manager who has never seen your building.
I'm fully insured with public liability cover, and I invoice on 14 or 30 day terms like any other supplier.
